Man Takes Water Sports to a Whole New Level
Picture this: You’re driving down the highway, minding your own business, when you see a jet ski cruising down the road. And the craziest thing about the whole encounter is there’s no truck or SUV towing it – the jet ski is riding solo like it’s the king of the road.
The cops in Daphne, Alabama got wind of the unusual sight and showed up to investigate. Turns out, the jet ski was fully street-legal, complete with turn signals, side mirrors, and a little light bar on the front. The rider even had the proper tags and paperwork.
The only thing he was missing? A helmet! The police gave him a gentle reminder that state law requires head protection.
Now, you might be wondering: why would someone ride a jet ski on the road? Well, I don’t have all the answers, but apparently, these types of vehicles are a thing. No more worrying about buying a boat and having to tow it around. With one of those bad boys, you can hit the water anytime you want. So the next time you see a guy cruising down the highway on a jet ski, don’t be too surprised. He might just be onto something.
A Fashion Statement that Could Land You in Jail
The other day, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department in Kansas had a DUI traffic stop that was anything but typical. They found a driver who was swerving all over the place, and when they pulled him over, they got the shock of their lives. The guy was dressed up in a Bud Light can costume! I’m talking head-to-toe, fully decked out in a giant beer can outfit.
I mean, you can’t make this stuff up. Can you imagine getting pulled over by the cops while you’re dressed like a beverage? But it gets even better because, as you might have guessed, the driver was definitely not sober and they arrested him for driving under the influence of alcohol.
I wonder if they had to take off the costume before they put him in jail. Can you imagine trying to get through the door in a giant beer can outfit?
Right-Footed Robbers
Looks like some sneaky thieves in Peru got off on the wrong foot with their latest heist. These guys must have had a real sneaker obsession because they broke into a sports goods store and stole 220 sneakers from various brands… all for the right foot! Yep, you read that right. They only took the right-foot sneakers! I mean, what were they thinking? Did they only have right feet? Did they have some kind of vendetta against left feet? It’s just plain silly!
And to add insult to injury, these hapless criminals can’t even sell their haul on the black market because all the shoes are for the right foot only. I guess they didn’t think that one through. It’s like trying to sell a puzzle with half the pieces missing. Good luck with that!
But as dumb as this heist was, the police are on the case. They’ve got surveillance footage and even some prints to work with. So, it’s only a matter of time before these thieves are caught and brought to justice. And the poor store owner is out $13,000 in losses. I guess he’s going to have to get creative with his display of left-foot sneakers.
It’s not the first time a sneaker store has been targeted in Peru, though. Seems like these thieves have a real foot fetish!
