Just one sip will do
Have you ever had a coworker so annoying you wish you could find a way to get them fired? Maybe even kill them? No, I’m just kidding about that one, but one Florida man apparently did try to find a way to do that.
An employee at a dollar store in Florida has been arrested after he was accused of putting bleach into his coworker’s drink.
The reason was that the two didn’t get along, so the man put bleach into the other employee’s Pepsi can when they went to the washroom. Luckily, the other man didn’t drink too much of the drink, because he tasted cleaning supplies in his drink.
There was also video surveillance of him pouring the bleach into the drink, so he really had no defence.
Plastic bag robber
We all know what we expect a typical robber’s attire to look like, a black outfit and a black ski mask are what we would consider typical. But what about a plastic bag with little holes to see out of?
Well, a man in Oxfordshire used this exact disguise when he tried to rob a post office. But the employee who was working called the man stupid and told him there were cameras everywhere. Upon hearing he was being recorded, the man bolted from the store.
He was caught after a police officer saw him trying to pocket chicken breasts at a grocery store later in the day.
I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t mind if robbers started using plastic bag masks, it would make them much less intimidating.
I can’t read this note
We learn how to write and spell in elementary school, but I guess that doesn’t necessarily mean everyone’s handwriting is going to be neat.
But if you’re going to attempt a robbery, you should at least make sure your threatening letter is legible. But a man in Birmingham did not make sure of this, and so in turn, the cashier he handed his bomb threat note couldn’t read what the note said.
He got frustrated when she couldn’t read the note, so picked it up and left. He tried again at a store further down the street, but that turned out the same way, and so all he got away with was 15 euros.
