Put down the cat!
After allegedly using her cat as a weapon against her girlfriend, a Florida woman escaped a battery charge after prosecutors decided not to pursue a case against her.
Yes, you read that right, the woman used her cat as a weapon during an argument with her girlfriend about fidelity. According to the victim, the woman picked up the cat and held it up to her face, and as a result, the cat become distressed and began scratching the victim’s face.

The woman admitted to this, claiming she was using the cat as a way for her girlfriend to swear she wasn’t cheating, not necessarily as a weapon so to speak.
She was arrested at the scene, but as stated earlier, she has not been charged with any crime.
I never would’ve thought it to be possible to use a cat as a weapon, but I guess there’s a first time for everything.
Please refrain from watching the sex tape
As the Blac Chyna case against the Kardashian family is underway, so begins the search for the right jury.
Although one thing that may not have been taken into consideration is the fact that Kim Kardashian has a public sex tape that may add some extra difficulty in finding unbiased jurors.
And as it turned out, that’s exactly what happened when one juror out of the potential 76 said that though he had never watched an episode of the families show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians,’ he had seen Kim’s sex tape.

The family was there during the questioning, and apparently, his comments did not go over well by the looks on their faces, especially when he said he would be playing it over and over in his head if he were chosen.
Needless to say, he was let go, but it does pose the question; how many other potential jurors have seen the tape? And if so, will they be as honest about it as this man?
Lose the weight or face the consequences
In what I think we can all agree is a controversial policy, Texas State troopers are essentially being forced to slim down otherwise they will face certain consequences if they don’t.
Those consequences being denied promotions, overtime, and in extreme cases, losing their jobs altogether. They have until December to slim down.
This policy applies both to men and women, with men with waistlines over 40 inches, and women over 35 inches, having to prove their weight loss efforts and keep track of it.

The justification of this policy is to keep officers in good physical health, which may seem like a good idea, except when you factor in that there are physical fitness tests in place for this anyways.
So even if an officer with a bigger waistline passes these tests, it won’t matter.
Apparently, there are over 200 officers who will have to slim down or face the consequences.
