Honey I forgot the kids…on purpose

Have you ever wanted to go on a vacation, but you have kids and don’t want them to ruin the vibe? Well just do what this woman from Connecticut did, which was leaving her 9- and 11-year-old children home alone while she went on a 3-day vacation to Florida with her boyfriend.

It appears as if she knew what she was doing was wrong since according to the kids themselves, she told them to stay downstairs, and not go upstairs to avoid being seen. But even though she left them by themselves, she at least left them with a dinner of nutritious candy, and one child said she ordered Uber eats for them multiple times.

After her ex-husband reported her for leaving the children home alone during her November trip, she began to be investigated and was recently arrested on reckless endangerment and risk of injury charges.

And here we all thought Kevin McCallister’s mom was bad.

Hook, Line and Fentanyl?

What is the best bait for a fishing excursion? Some people claim live worms are most effective, while some use those fake-looking little fish things. But I bet no one has ever tried hypodermic syringes.

After a Florida man was arrested and found with fentanyl and a baggie of syringes, he tried to use that exact reasoning for why he had them; he uses them for fishing.

He was arrested on a felony narcotics possession charge.

I’m going to go out on a limb and assume these syringes are not in fact a useful tool to catch fish, but maybe it’s worth a try?

Is your baby for sale?

I guess some people have given up on the whole adoption process and gone straight to trying to buy babies from their parents on the street?

At least, that’s what a woman in Texas tried to do, and his since been arrested as a result of the encounter.

She allegedly commented to the mother of the child that she liked the baby’s blonde hair and blue eyes and then proceeded to ask how much he cost.

Obviously thinking it was a joke, the mother laughed, and then the lady offered her $250, 000, claiming she had the cash in her car. She waited for the woman to leave, but was bombarded by them outside in the parking lot, with a new price of $500, 000.
