Much of my legal career has been dedicated to defending individuals facing impaired driving charges, Immediate Roadside Prohibitions (IRPs), and Administrative Driving Prohibitions (ADPs). Through my work at Acumen Law Corporation, I’ve also had the opportunity to challenge aspects of British Columbia’s impaired driving laws and advocate for greater fairness and accountability in the legal system.
