This week on Weird and Wacky Wednesday $1.5 million of wings were stolen from a Chicago school, a man from Victoria was causing havoc in Oregon and a woman threw a whole chicken at her boyfriend.

How many wings are too many wings
The former director of food services at a school in a Chicago neighbourhood was caught in the middle of an embezzling scheme, centred around millions of dollars worth of chicken wings. $1.5 million dollars to be exact, now that is a lot of chicken wings.
She was caught after a manager ran an audit and found the budget for the year was $300,000 over and they were only about halfway through the year! And when they realized how much money was spent on wings they were even more confused given they don’t serve them in the cafeteria because of the bones.
Now I love my chicken wings as much as the next person, I mean this Christmas I had my family over and bought ten pounds worth of wings. The restaurant even tried to talk me out of getting so much, and the funniest part was that it turned out to not even be enough!
But I have to say, $1.5 million dollars worth is A LOT of chicken wings.
That’s my yacht you capsized
A man from Victoria has been caught in Astoria, Oregon after causing havoc in the town over the past couple of days.
The man was already wanted in B.C. for a number of charges including criminal harassment, and mischief. He was caught after the yacht he had stolen capsized. He was rescued by a student from a rescue school and was brought to the hospital, where police found him after learning the yacht was stolen.
The stolen yacht charge was on top of him being wanted for leaving a dead fish on the front porch of the house where ‘The Goonies’ was filmed.
You threw a whole chicken at his head?
I feel like we’ve all heard stories of people throwing a plate or a glass across the room when they are mad, but who would ever think to pick up a whole chicken?
Well, a woman in Minnesota is currently being charged with domestic assault after throwing a chicken at her boyfriend during an argument. After a witness said he saw the woman hitting her boyfriend and spitting in his face. Once they got home, the boyfriend said she threw the whole chicken at his head.
The man still had chicken residue on his hair when the police arrived.
