After news broke that BC Prosecution will not be approving charges in the case where a Sikh international student was allegedly assaulted by a group of people last year – frustration from his friends and the community grew. As Victoria Femia reports, a Vancouver lawyer says these types of cases can be hard to prove in court – which is why the case may never be taken there.
