“I don’t love anything that says the criminal justice system is failing… ‘He said, she said’ cases can be very hard to prosecute and very hard to prove. And sometimes it’s the effort… It may be a way in which our criminal justice system need to learn to take more trauma informed approaches in the investigation and evidence gathering stages.”
