“Client satisfaction is a really big priority here at Acumen Law. We use a lot of different ways to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services and to communicate with them. We provide regular updates after every court appearance by email. If we have a hearing for an IRP or an ADP, we provide updates after the hearing. We have phone calls followed by email summaries of the content of the phone calls. And we use client management software like Cleo to track client communications and also be able to share our disclosure that we receive with our clients directly through the Cleo client portal. All of these things allow our clients to be informed about every aspect of their case basically at the same time that we are informed about it. In addition, we have uh texting on our office phone number. So people can contact us through text message or they can call our office. We accept calls 24/7 in case of emergency. If somebody’s pulled over or arrested at the roadside and it’s 3:00 in the morning, they can call us. Our clients can reach us via email. And all of the lawyers in our office are routinely checking their email, including on weekends, so that we try and get back to people typically within 24 hours of when they send their email.”
