Kyla Lee on CBC’s BC Today with Michelle Eliot: How to navigate road rage on the streets

A road rage incident in North Vancouver has sent one person to hospital and another into police custody. Atlas Driving School instructor Sean McDonald joins the show to talk about how to deal with road rage. We also talk to registered psychotherapist and author of The Rise of Rage, Julie A. Christiansen, and lawyer Kyla Lee, who will discuss what the law says about road rage.

“There is no specific provision that deals with road rage. We have a number of different Criminal Code provisions that could cover it, and a number of Motor Vehicle Act provisions like the obligation to drive with reasonable consideration for other people and then rules against dangerous driving and assault and those types of things…”
