“The concern is when you start to create a new category of individuals who are going to logically compete on price, who haven’t got thousands of dollars of debt from law school, and don’t pay the same professionally regulatory fees that we do, the concern is that the regulation of paralegals is actually going to advantage the government… So you have people who are less well trained to challenge actions of the government which could lead to unfairness in the playing field.”
