This week on Weird and Wacky Wednesday, we find out that maybe there is such thing as too much alone time. Then we head to Belgium where a couple decided the best place for them to have sex…was on a church altar. And finally, we end in Florida, where we are given insight on what NOT to do to raise money for an attorney.

It’s not me…oh wait, it is!
A bit earlier this year, in September, to be exact, a Brazilian woman said she was tired of the men she was meeting, and as a result, decided to marry herself.
She had the wedding dress, the reception, everything!
However, after only a few short months, she’s ultimately decided to divorce herself. The reason? She finally met someone special and fell in love, and so I guess her marriage, to herself, posed a bit of a problem for her blossoming romance.
She’s seemed to have enjoyed herself throughout the short-lived self-marriage though, saying “it was fun while it lasted.”
You did WHAT in church?
A church in Belgium made a request for some extra holy water and partook in a longer prayer session after it became public knowledge that a couple had sex on the church’s altar.
And not only did the couple engage in sexual activities, as if that wasn’t sinning enough, they thought it was a good idea to film the encounter.
Needless to say, the diocese and churchgoers decided a prayer and some holy water would help to right the wrongs of the couple.
They were found guilty of public indecency and the distribution of pornographic material. Their sins resulted in them having to participate in some kind of training course. And maybe in their own time, a confession would also be a good idea.
Drugs=Money…for a defence attorney?
I can certainly understand needing to find a way to raise money for a defence attorney if you need to. What I don’t understand, however, is how you can logically think the way to do that is by selling drugs. Especially when the reason you need a lawyer in the first place is because of a drug possession charge.
But that’s exactly what happened in Florida, where a woman was caught dropping baggies containing fentanyl, and as a result, arrested on a felony narcotics charge.
She was raising money for a lawyer, after she was charged in August with possessing fentanyl and meth.
I would’ve thought that selling drugs to get money for a lawyer to defend you after getting caught selling drugs was an obvious no-no. Clearly, I was mistaken.
